This plan was introduced by the present President of United States. This is a plan for home at an affordable price. The plan helped almost 9 millions common people of America. The Making Home Affordable Program was mainly made to help the people who lost their jobs or got a salary rate slashed to cope up with their loans. This was also made keeping in mind about those who got their mortgages increasing at a sufficient rate. The plan helps people having more or less 20 percent equity or having mortgages about 30 percent of their income per month.

Some rules and regulations should be maintained by all those persons applying for the plan.
